The partnership between Nissan Nissan & Stephen Dinte brings together the knowledge gained from a combined 35 years of mortgage broking. This is coupled with Stephen’s experience as a trainer having, at one time, been the Training manager for one of Sydney’s large Building Societies.

Mentees will undertake a very structured learning program that focuses on the key aspects of lending, marketing and prospecting, with the aim of setting them apart from other industry participants. Nissan and Stephen pride themselves on taking each individual mentee, step by step through the training years, and making them confident and knowledgeable exponents of our craft.

✔ 1st 12 loan applications need to be validated before submitting to lender

✔ Learn how to put system and structure in place that would assist you with risk management and
operate professionally
✔ Learn how to read Financials and Tax returns
✔ Compliance record keeping
✔ Monthly workshop sessions
✔ Online assessment every 6 month
✔ Expert presenter workshops on business Development Strategies
✔ Providing forms, 10-20 templates and other tools for business and loan packaging
✔ Annual PD day with lenders and other industry professional within the industry
✔ Assistance with lenders Accreditation, industry association, PI and CIO
✔ Write and review Mortgage Broking Business plan and structure
✔ Time management (Test & Measure) to ensure writing quality loan application with higher conversion
✔ Record Keeping and create system within the business
✔ Selling Skills and meeting structure
✔ Develop your Client service skill and interview process
✔ Marketing planning at the minimal cost
✔ Lead Strategies and clients retention
✔ Gain knowledge of best pro-active industry standard and follow them
