Excellence Finance was established in February 2005. I have been within the finance industry since 2001.
Starting out in loan processing with a Finance Broker firm, I worked my way up to the position of Loan Consultant. Through hard work and dedication, I have started my new role as a Business Development Manager with this financial solutions company.
In my time within the finance Australia industry, I have built a strong rapport with many clients, consumers and businesses.
Today, Excellence Finance has taken the relationship further by building a strong network with other professionals and industries such as Real Estate, Accountants, Solicitors and Financial Planners.
Excellence Finance is based in Wetherill Park Sydney since July 2007. We provide a variety of finance solutions to most Australian states, and therefore we can assist clients with:

- Commercial Loans
- Car Loans and
- Construction Loans
- Leasing & Equipment Finance.

The Team
Nissan Nissan - Accredited Mortgage Consultant / Finance Diploma
Nissan has been part of the finance industry since 2001. He started out as a loan processor and then became a loan consultant. Later on, he became a Business Development Manager, providing financial services for a few lenders.
Nissan has completed his Certificate IV and Diploma within the Finance industry and RG (146) for SMSF. He has extensive knowledge of the finance industry and also specialises in Commercial Finance & Leasing & Equipment Finance.
Nissan is a founder of a broker forum - the Independent Finance Broker's Forum (IFBF). The forum was established in October 2006 with 5 brokers. Today, it consists of over 200 brokers.
Vanessa Alsaady - Loan Manager / Administration
It was in early 2012 when Vanessa joined Excellence Finance as a Loans Manager.
Vanessa keeps track of all loan applications progress during submission to lender and post settlement process as part of the business’ financial services Australia. Vanessa also maintains client retention and annual reviews as well as general administration duties.
Evelyn Alqasrany - Book Keeping / Loan Manager
Evelyn joined Excellence Finance in late 2007 as a book keeper and a loan processor.
Evelyn also assists with client retention and general administration duties for this finance company. She also handles the bookkeeping for Excellence Finance. She also has a background in administration from her previous employments.
Faryal Nissan - Administrative Assistant
Faryal became part of Excellence Finance in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant.
He assists with client retention and loan processing. He also does administrative duties.
Mitchell Southon - Administrative Assistant
In early 2016, Mitchell joined Excellence Finance as an AUS finance Administrative Assistant.
Mitchell assists in loan processing and also does administrative duties.
Bruna Lottering - Administrative Assistant
Bruna joined Excellence Finance in July 2016 as an Administrative Assistant.
She does administrative duties. Aside from that, she also helps out with client retention and loan processing.
